The antagonist of the ventilation supply is the newly designed precision valve made of cast iron. In the lid of your kamado you control how much air is allowed to leave the kamado again and thus determine the heat in the cooking chamber. Juicy steaks or seasoned long jobs – your grilled food determines the required heat, which you control via the precision valve in the lid.
T-bone steak, pulled pork or the grilled vegetables of your guests – the high-precision lidded thermometer shows exactly the temperature that prevails in the cooking chamber. So you can set the temperature individually for all dishes via the ventilation valve in the lid.
