Since hickory wood leaves a sharp and smoky taste, it is perfect for pork, Beef, poultry and cheese.
The smoking chips are very smoke-active and form intense smoke after a very short time, which also shortens the smoking time of your grilled food.
It's easy to use: just put a handful of the smoking chips in your smokebox and place them directly on the embers of your charcoal grill.
But even if you have a gas grill, you don't have to do without the wonderful smoke aroma. Simply place the smoke box either on the grill grate above a burner or on the flame retardant plate.
Immediately when the smoke starts to rise from the box, you can place your marinated food on the grid and close the lid.
The longer you leave it on the grid, the more intense the smoke taste becomes.
