Cleaning: This is how it works
Let the pan or pot cool, soak with warm water and finally remove burnt with the scraper. Of course, you don't need detergent. After cleaning, rinse thoroughly again. Before you put your cast-iron cookware back in the cupboard, always dry well and care as usual.
