ENAMELLED STEEL GRIDDLE: SIMPLE AND UNCOMPLICATED
The enamelling process of the grill plate is carried out manually and with great care. The 6 mm thick grill plate made of enamelled steel offers excellent heat distribution and very good grill quality at high temperatures. The plate is smooth and non-stick and does not require the addition of grease. Enamelled steel does not oxidize and can be quickly cleaned with a cleaning scraper. Quality control ensures perfect durability over time. Enamelled steel is the counterpart to enamelled cast iron, but has the advantage of heating faster.
FAST AND HEALTHY GRILLING
The Simplicity plancha grill is ignited in seconds thanks to the double electric piezo. The 2 high-quality stainless steel burners reach a temperature of up to 350°C in just a few minutes. The two independent cooking zones of the plancha make it possible to prepare all kinds of food at different temperatures. A removable grill grate is positioned at the back of the plancha and allows the food to be kept warm for a long time. The plancha is ideal for the preparation of red and white meat, fish, vegetables and fruits, without the addition of fat.

CLEANING OF THE PLANCHA GRILL WITH ENAMELLED STEEL GRILL PLATE
The removable grease drip tray is located on the back of the plancha grill for easy cleaning. The grease drip tray can be removed in two simple steps and is dishwasher safe. On the hot plancha the cleaning is done with water or white vinegar, on the cold plancha with water and detergent. Grill residues on the plancha can be easily removed with the stainless steel cleaning scraper. The plancha is cleaned within 3 minutes and looks like new after each use.
