For the perfect finishing for barbecue and grilling, we like to use an ice cream or BBQ sauce.
Since most BBQ sauces are tomato-based, we wanted something completely different. Our ice cream consists primarily of fruits that have been refined with spices, chilli and/or some alcohol.
The wonderfully fruity mango combined with nutty coconut flakes and the mild heat and unique aroma of Habanero chilli is like a bottled holiday in the Caribbean.
Brush your grilled food such as poultry, fish, beef, seafood and pork towards the end of the cooking time with the Glaze or use it at the table as a dip and sauce. All Don Marco's Glaze & Barbecue sauces are gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan.
