Klaus Grillt – Fischers Klaus(e) 250g

The delicious mixture is perfect for fried fish, baked fish, cooked fish and fish soups and refined with a spicy sweet taste.

You can sprinkle your fish with the rub as you like. Then leave to infuse for about 10 minutes so that the full taste can unfold.

Only then either fry, stew or grill the fish as desired.
