Heat regulation
The intuitive heat regulation is made possible by the principle of coupling the distance between the heat source and the food to be grilled with the air supply. If you need high heat, for example for hot grilling, the coal grate and thus the heat source is raised. To reduce the heat, the carbon grate is lowered and the air supply is automatically inhibited.
Since the coal grate can be lifted to the edge of the funnel, CONE can be converted into a fireplace after grilling.
