Description
Finely dosed smoke taste for almost all your smoked specialties can be achieved with the traditional beech smoking chips from Axtschlag. Beech wood does not give too strong a smoke aroma and is therefore ideal for fish, meat and poultry.
The chips are soaked in water for about 30 minutes and then placed directly in the glowing charcoal or used in a smokebox on the gas grill.
